Charlene, I am sorry that you are having trouble viewing and starting discussions. You must be a member of the Group with the same name as the Discussion to post to that discussion. The discussions are for group members on Linking Louisville to share advice and ideas. Thanks for joining. I hope this helps. Steve Steurer Submitted By: Steve Steurer

I can't read any messages in the Discussion area. I'm told I can't start a new discussion, but there is also no link to allow me to view current messages within a discussion. Submitted By: Charlene Burke

Bob, Thanks for your feedback! The Biography section of the profile is for that. You can look at my profile (Steve Steurer) to see how I am using that space and look at my company page to see how to properly list a business (interactive media lab). You can also join or start groups to meet people who have the same interests as you. Thanks again for asking! Submitted By: Steve Steurer

Shouldn't there be a line in the 'members' listing to describe what each member does? It would be nice to be able to communicate with someone if you knew their expertise. Submitted By: Bob Shields

Rob, Thanks for the feedback. We have added the Sign Up link at the top of all of the pages in the site to help limit the confusion for new users. You are correct in your comments about the challenge of teaching local businesses how to utilize this great networking tool. I have posted "What should I know to be a quality contributor?" in the FAQ section of the site. I hope if someone needs help they can start there and if they have further questions they can contact me directly at ssteurer@interactivemedialab.com Submitted By: Steve Steurer

The true challenge is teaching local businesses to utilize this unique and cost effective resource for networking with other business owners. One thing I would like to see is a signup/login box on the top right of every page. I found it confusing to have to click "home" to sign up for an account. Submitted By: Rob Docherty
